Service Description
A 6-week yoga course for beginners. This course will introduce you to the various elements of a yoga practice, including the foundations of poses, breathing and relaxation techniques. By the end of the course you’ll feel confident enough to attend any of our scheduled yoga classes. You will just need to bring a mat* - all other props are provided. (*If you don't have a mat I have a limited number of spares that may be borrowed on a first come first served basis - please contact me to check availability and reserve a mat) Please note that if you buy a 6-week course you are automatically booked in for all 6 sessions. Any classes which are not taken by the end of the course will unfortunately be lost. Payments are non refundable and non transferable.
