Service Description

This 5-week yoga course will focus on yoga for strength, in particular functional and core strength. Functional strength refers to the body's ability to perform everyday functions, such as hauling shopping bags into the kitchen and walking up and down the stairs. It is about developing and maintaining strength in the body for everyday living as well as supporting our balance. This course does not intend to suddenly turn you into a body builder, but rather to help maintain muscle strength - as the saying goes "use it or lose it." This is aimed at anyone looking for gentle exercise designed to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle and is open to beginners. We will be using body weight exercise only and there will be ample time for rest and relaxation in every class as well. *Please note there are 5 yoga classes spread over 6 weeks. There is no class on Thursday 2nd May due to the venue being used as a Polling Station.

Cancellation Policy

Payments are non refundable/non transferable.. You are signing up and paying for 5 sessions in total, but attendance each week is not mandatory.
